Educational Experience
I have served as a school counselor with Kannapolis City Schools since 2013.  For the first two years, I was a counselor at KMS.  I joined the A.L. Brown staff in 2015.

Educational Philosophy
Education is the key to the future.  For some students, it is a way to create a new life for themselves and their family.  I belief that we, as educators, should teach students how to think as opposed to teaching them what to think.  The ability to think and problem solve will serve them for years to come.
